Guthrie Partnership has grown from being a general surveying practice
to a specialist in Leasehold Block Management overseeing the management
of over 170 developments spread across the North West. The majority however are within
the Cheshire belt and Greater Manchester.
Whilst specialising in Leasehold Management the practice still
offers general commercial surveying services.
Through other associated Companies The Guthrie Partnership can
also assist with Residential Lettings and other Property Management
related matters.
